How to Customize Rectangle Stickers

Create stickers that will make your customers take notice. We offer five sticker materials, each with different finishes and coatings to suit your needs:

  1. Individually Cut Format:
    • 70 lb. Label: A slightly shiny indoor material, ideal for projects where durability isn’t a concern. You can add gloss, matte, or high-gloss UV coating for more protection.
    • White Vinyl: The thickest and most durable material, perfect for outdoor use like bumper stickers. It has a high-gloss coating for vibrant colors.
  2. Roll Sticker Format:
    • White Sticker Paper: Popular for indoor use with a semi-gloss finish. Add gloss or matte lamination for extra resistance to oil and water.
    • Biaxially-Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP): Resistant to moisture, oil, and cold temperatures. Available in white, clear, and silver metallic options.
    • Estate Adhesive Paper: A natural textured, uncoated paper, ideal for high-end, minimalist designs. Add matte UV coating for scratch-resistance.

  • What is printing turnaround time?
    Our fastest printing turnaround is 1 business day. If you submit your order by 6:00 p.m. PT, your stickers will ship out the next business day. Note that turnaround time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit.
  • How much does it cost to print rectangle stickers?
    Prices vary depending on size, material, and quantity. The more stickers you order, the lower the cost per piece. For example, 500 2” x 4” stickers printed on white premium paper cost about 43¢ each, while 1,000 stickers drop to 24¢ per piece. Use our order calculator for an instant quote.
  • What’s the best material for stickers?
    For indoor use, white sticker paper works well. For more durable, weather-resistant stickers, opt for white vinyl, which is waterproof and tearproof.
  • What’s the difference between individually cut and roll stickers?
    Individually cut stickers are pre-cut and delivered in stacks, great for lower quantities and handouts. Roll stickers are wrapped on a spool, making them ideal for larger quantities and faster application. Roll stickers are more efficient for product packaging or bulk use.
  • Do you have sticker design templates?
