How to Print Custom Round Stickers with Laguna Digital

Start by customizing your stickers using our easy-to-use order calculator. Here’s how:

  1. Sticker Format: Choose between individually cut (cut-to-size) or roll stickers. Individually cut stickers come pre-cut and are delivered in stacks, ideal for lower quantities or handouts. Roll stickers are wrapped around a spool, making them perfect for larger quantities and quick applications.
  2. Sticker Size: Our sizes range from 0.75” x 0.75” to 6” x 6”. The most popular choice is 3” x 3”, which fits most product packaging such as custom boxes, bottles, and bags.
  3. Sticker Material: Choose from five (5) different materials:
    • 70 lb. Label: For indoor use, these non-waterproof stickers have a slight sheen and are ideal for lightweight applications.
    • White Sticker Paper: Smooth and glossy, great for indoor applications.
    • Estate Adhesive Paper: A textured, uncoated paper that gives an elegant touch, perfect for minimalist designs.
    • White Vinyl: Our thickest and most durable material, perfect for outdoor use. It comes with a high-gloss finish.
    • BOPP: This material has similar properties to plastic film and is resistant to oil, moisture, and cold temperatures, perfect for water-resistant applications.
  4. Protective Coating: Choose between matte, gloss, or high-gloss UV coatings to finish your stickers:
    • Matte: Offers a satin finish with a muted effect, great for dark colors and minimalist designs.
    • Gloss & High-Gloss UV: Adds a shiny finish that boosts color vibrancy and protects your design from wear and tear.

Round Stickers FAQs

  • Can I proof my stickers before printing?
    Yes, our fastest printing turnaround for stickers is 1 business day. If you confirm your order and upload your press-ready files by 6 p.m. PT, your stickers will ship the next business day. Printing turnaround only includes weekdays and does not account for weekends or holidays.
  • How soon can I receive my sticker order?
    If you select the fastest turnaround, your order will ship in as little as 2 business days. For example, if you place your order by 6 p.m. PT on Monday, your stickers will ship by Wednesday, 7 p.m. PT. Use our order calculator to check for estimated delivery times based on your location.
  • What sticker material should I choose?
    For indoor use, white sticker paper works great. If your stickers will be exposed to the elements, choose white vinyl or BOPP for water resistance and durability.
  • What’s the difference between individually cut and roll stickers?
    Individually cut stickers are ideal for small orders and promotional giveaways. Roll stickers are better for larger orders (250+ stickers) and are ideal for fast application with a dispenser.
  • Can I get a printed sample of my design?
    While we don’t offer a printed proof for stickers, you can request a free sample kit to explore our material options and see the textures and finishes before you place an order.
